StG EC 40

 In case of power loss the self-locking gears of the StG EC 40 and the StG 250 are able to prevent undesired reactions of the linkage. For both devices additionally manual override is possible. To enhance reliability the systems are equipped with a redundant power supply. Optionally the StG EC 40 is available with a return spring to ensure setting to a zero if power supply fails.

StG EC 250
 StG-250-EC This powerful actuator delivers a maximum torque of 250 Nm. The system is equipped with an external power supply which is redundant to enhance reliability.
Both components, actuator as well as power supply, meet the high protection grade IP 66 which guarantees optimal resistance to adverse environments.

The electronics are fully EMC protected and all customer interfaces are totally galvanically insulated from each other and from ground. The high protection grade IP 66 guarantees optimal resistance to adverse environments.

StG EC 250
StG 2040/80-P stg-2080-p-sv StG 2040-P and StG 2080-P are actuators with integrated positioner.
The system consists of an actuator StG 2040 or StG 2080 combined internaly with a digital electronic position control that is parametrised by a powerful software package.
The compact design allows any mounting position and provides interchangeability with other proprietary units. Precise and fast positioning in both working directions and very low consumption make this system best for gas engine applications, for example.

 ACT_StG-30-P

StG 30.90-P and StG 40.90-P are actuators with integrated positioner and 90° angle of rotation.
The system consists of an actuator StG 30/40 combined internaly with a digital electronic position control that is parametrised by a powerful software package. These actuators are driven by powerful DC disk motors. Output torque is multiplied by a twin-stage gear. Further these positioners are distinguished by fast response, high torque in either direction and moderate consumption.
